4b. Pricing Errors & Order Cancellations

• If an order is cancelled due to a pricing error, BaoProd will promptly notify the customer and issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• BaoProd is not obligated to honor, sell, or fulfill orders at prices resulting from technical errors, regardless of whether an order confirmation has been issued.
